PARKING

Parking is a real pain here at times, especially during a major semester. Please be sure to come early for calls to make sure you allow yourself time to find a legal place to park.

New parking decals will be issued August 15, 2001. If you still have your 2000-2001 decal just take it to the USC Parking Services office and turn it in for a new one.

USC PARKING INFORMATION

USC PARKING MAP

THE AREAS YOU ARE ALLOWED TO PARK IN WITH A USC LETTER "Z" DECAL ARE ALL LOTS COLORED IN PURPLE (PLEASE SEE MAP).
Maps are available from USC Parking & Vehicle Services. Please be sure to read all available information on those pages.

When you work a weekday LOAD IN if you do not have an official USC parking permit you will receive a $15.00 parking ticket.

If you park in the spaces incorrectly (by either making your own space OR by pulling through the space- remember it's head in parking only) you will also receive a ticket of roughly $5.00.

This ticket will be your responsibility and you will need to resolve it with the USC Parking Services staff, NOT NANCY.

If you have yet to receive a letter and memo about parking permits from Nancy please stop by to pick one up or call and she will send you one. You should have a USC Parking Permit before you come to work the next show or before you come to work any week day call.

If you currently have any outstanding tickets with USC
Parking Services you will need to resolve them before they will issue you a 2001-2002 parking permit.

IF YOU ARE A USC Student you MUST PURCHASE a parking permit.

CAROLINA SHUTTLE BUS

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

One day you may find yourself parking in one of the outlying parking lots so knowing which colored SHUTTLE COCK you shoulld ride to get here in a timely manner would be a good thing.

The RED and the BLUE lines come to the Coliseum. If you park at Bates ride the Green to Coker Life Sciences (get off there) and catch the Blue bus to get to the coliseum.

The Carolina Shuttle operates Monday - Friday form 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. The system operates during the Fall and Spring semesters only. Service is free to all USC students, faculty and staff. Shuttle/Parking maps are available at Parking
Services, the Askus information desk at the Russell House, and at Vehicle Management.

The Carolina Shuttle operates on a limited basis on reading day, during exams, and the day before a holiday.

Color Codes
The Carolina Shuttle stops only at locations indicated by the color coded dots on the Shuttle map and on the online Carolina Shuttle and Parking Map. Each location is serviced by the indicated color dots. These color dots correspond
to colored signs displayed on the exterior of the
buses and at shuttle stops.

The Carolina Shuttle does not run on a set schedule. Buses will arrive at the designated stops approximately every fifteen minutes.
